Dear friends, complying with the Federal Circuit, the Venezuelan Federation of Domino "FVD", Saturday 31032012 with the 01,00 pm, in the city of San Diego of the Carabobo State, place: Centre Social Madeirense La Cumaca, will take place the 1st. National Championship, open category, category Individual female and male.
In this regard the State associations of Domino, in compliance with the regulation of the Venezuelan Federation of Domino "FVD", approved in July of 2010 in the General Assembly of delegates, will attend only with the "select State" in both genders, which will be made up of twelve (12) athletes respectively, as reza chapter XI of the Federal Circuit's championships and national tournaments Article 115 of the rules of procedure of the Venezuelan Federation of Domino "FVD".
It is important to differentiate the national championships and national tournaments, as national tournaments can participate all who attend and comply with the requirements of registration and enrolment, there is is no limitation in the number of participants, now in the National Championships the Domino State associations only may participate with its "select State", which will always have as limiting twelve (12) athletes in women's and twelve (12) in men.
